Animation price is up to negotiation.I take payment via PayPal. Before staring work I take 30% up-front. The prices in commission category are only per one charcater. If you want more than one character it would be double the price if both characters will have the same frame. But it depends on what you have in mind the price will change. Drafts will be shown before I'll move to finishing the work making sure that it's what you want.
